Please note that for the foreseeable future all treatments will be by appointment only - we will not be accepting drop ins at this time.

 What we are doing to keep you safe 
In the meantime we are doing everything we can to make sure we provide a safe and clean environment for everyone.
Our clients, and staffs wellbeing are our main priority. 
- All our staff wear full PPE (including masks, gloves and protective aprons) in the clinic at all times. 
- There is temperature testing for staff and clients on arrival 
- PPE is available for clients if they have fogotton to bring theres at the cost of £2
 - Hand sanitising stations are set up in every treatment room and we will provide you with hand sanitiser at the point of entry.
- We sterilise all equipment and working areas before and after your treatments and disinfect all surfaces thoroughly throughout  the day.
- Our manicure station has a built in Perspex screen.
- we observe social distancing rules by offering fewer appointments in a day so that we can manage the number of people going in and out of the Clinic. 
- We would kindly ask anyone who has their own masks/gloves to wear these to any appointments so that we may keep our supplies for those who really need them.
Let’s all work together to make sure our community stays safe! 
A few things to note 
1. For the time being all appointments will be made remotely - we request that you refrain from “dropping in” (even though we love to catch up with you all!). 
2. We ask that you take all your personal possessions (coat, bag, umbrellas etc.) into the treatment rooms with you and leave the main area free. 
3. Please bring your own reading materials to avoid multiple people touching the same items. 
4. We will supply all beverages in disposable cups for safety. 
5. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone - please do not bring a friend or family member to wait for you.
If a friend or family member has an appointment after you, we kindly ask that they arrive a few minutes before their own appointment. 
6. We will send you a reminder by text 3 days before the date of your appointment. 
7. We are accepting cash and card payments. 
8. Due to the current constraints we are working under, we will have to take a £10 deposit to secure your booking on any treatment over £20. This deposit is non refundable if the appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours.
9. If you re-schedule an appointment for within 7 days of the date of your original appointment we will transfer your deposit to this rescheduled appointment. 
10. In the event that you display COVID-19 symptoms, we will transfer your deposit to the next available appointment which must be a minimum of 14 days from
you are displaying such symptoms. 
11.Please make sure you are on time for your appointment as we may have to ask you to wait outside in the event that you are too early or return at a later time if you are late. For clarity, in the event that you are late, and we are not able to fit you in, the deposit will be non-refundable.
While we operate a reduced number of appointments each day, we kindly request that you stay patient with us so that we can try as best as possible to ensure  that everyone’s beauty needs are seen too.
